PU narrow V-belts

Polyurethane V-belt is resistant to oils and chemical aggression, operating temperature range -50° to +80°C. Polyurethane V-belts for power transmission are narrow and heavy belts and are called Polyflex or 60° flank angle belts. These are available in 3M, 5M, 7M and 11M types (nominal top width of 3, 5, 7 or 11 mm) and contain polyester (PES) tension cords. The polyurethane compound is stronger than the raw materials used for conventional belts and offers a higher level of resistance to fatigue and material wear. In addition, these belts have a high coefficient of friction and a very high adhesion to tension cords. In addition, polyurethane belts are highly resistant to chemicals and oil, and very resistant to temperatures from -54°C to +85°C.
