To meet your most urgent needs, our Express service provides same-day shipping and next-day delivery for orders confirmed up to 7 p.m. (D+1).
Carriers:
- Items weighing less than 30 kg: Fedex or Chronopost.
- Above 30 kg or up to 116 kg (4 packages of 29 kg): Schenker TOP13 service.
Messaging
Our serviceMessaging guarantees departure within a maximum of 72 hours (D+3), ensuring efficient management of your less urgent shipments.
Carriers:
- Items weighing less than 30 kg: DPD.
- Above 30 kg or up to 116 kg (4 packages of 29 kg): Schenker.
Rapid Availability on the Platform
For easy recovery of your orders, our platform offers delivery times adapted to your needs:
Delivery Deadlines:
- H0: Within minutes of your order (over €50).
- H4: Within 4 hours of your order (extra €25).
- The next morning for an order confirmed the day before 2:00 p.m.
Parcel Control
A careful check is carried out when packages are received. All recipients must check the nature, quality and quantity of the goods as well as the packaging. Once the packages have been collected, they are deemed to comply with the Delivery Note(s), and no subsequent complaints will be accepted.
